New Zealand mussel
10 – 12 pcs.
Chopped onion
2 tbsp.
Salted butter
1 tbsp.
All purpose flour
2 tbsp.
Salt
1/4 tsp.
Pepper powder
1/4 tsp.
Fresh milk
3/4 cup.
Grated cheese
1/2 cup.
KEWPIE Mayonnaise Japanese Style
3 tbsp.
How to cook :
Stir onion with butter until cooked, add flour then mix and stir until combined then add fresh milk and mix well.
Seasoned with salt, pepper powder, add KEWPIE mayonnaise and stir until well.
Put the mixture on to the mussels. Topping with cheese, then bake until cheese melt. Decorate with mayonnaise and serve.
