E-Commerce
Responsible for selling products online via LAZADA, SHOPEE, and LINE My Shop.

• Manage end-to-end E-commerce back-office operations (customer chat response, product uploads, stock management, order tracking, sales analysis).

• Handle orders from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, LINE Shopping, and the company website.

• Update stock levels and verify order accuracy including invoices, shipping labels, and delivery status.

• Coordinate with packaging and logistics teams to ensure fast and accurate delivery.

• Handle claims, product returns, and provide professional customer support.

• Plan and manage Live Commerce sessions (Shopee Live, TikTok Live, Lazada Live), including scripts, deals, and promotions to drive sales.

• Develop and manage campaigns, discount coupons, Flash Deals, and daily/weekly/monthly promotions.

• Utilize tools in Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Seller Center to build and evaluate campaigns.

• Develop product bundling and cross-selling strategies to increase sales opportunities.

• Collaborate with content and graphic teams to create impactful campaigns, and work with Marketing & Ads teams for strategic advertising.

• Monitor, analyze, and summarize campaign performance, providing insights for sales improvement.

• Analyze sales by platform and evaluate promotion/campaign effectiveness.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with strategic recommendations.

• Contribute to planning for sales scaling and expansion into new channels.

• Define KPIs per channel and track performance to achieve targets.
