How to cook :
Make Onsen eggs prepared by placing a pot of hot water over medium heat. (Do not boil hard) Break the egg into a cup. When the water is hot, use a spatula to stir the water in a circular motion, slowly pouring the egg into the
bowl, stirring gently to avoid breaking the egg. When the egg whites begin to cook, scoop up and set aside.
