The ingredients :
For 2 poeple
Boneless Chicken Thighs2 Pieces
All-purpose Wheat Flour1/4 Cup
Egg, Beaten.1
Breadcrumbs3/4 Cup
Salt and Pepper1 Teaspoon
Cooked Riceberry2 Cups
KEWPIE Thousand Island DressingOf your choice.
Boiled vegetables, such as carrot, baby corn, asparagusOf your choice.
Vegetable oil for frying 
How to cook :
  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper together, mix the wheat flour, dip the egg and mix the breadcrumbs thoroughly.
  2. Heat the oil pan over medium heat. Put the chicken down and fry until golden and crispy.
